This line is intended for production of Plastic Sheet from PE/PPR

Main Technical Parameters:

• Special designed screw ensures the good material plasticizing effect and good panel quality.
• Calender roller is multi-head spiral water way designed for more uniform roll surface temperature and better product surface quality.
• Three rolls of the calender are driven by the separate motor, frequency variable speed regulates, and moreover, the panel extension ratio is adjustable.
• Multi-group cooling rolls configuration ensure the full cooling of the thick panel.
• Lateral movable cutting device corrects the panel width timely.
• This set is equipped with auto vacuum sucker device for product stacking.
• Possibility to produce multilayer product. 
• Total computer control - SIEMENS Simatic S7-300 (Germany) with a multilingual interface and 10" color touchscreen.
• Motor and feeder speed control - converter ABB.
• Solid state relay - CELDUC, France.
• Contactor, breaker - SIEMENS, Germany.
