- The line is made on the basis of a twin conical screw extruder with an exhausting system and tempering of screw.
- Specified screw designed for profile gets better plasticizing effect and achieves stable extrusion procedure.
- Speedy cooling forming die supports the production line with faster linear speed and higher efficiency.
- With calibration table is fore-back, left-right, up-down adjustable, simplified operation.
- Upper and lower belt is driven by the separate motor, which ensures the stability and reliability of the haul-off unit hauling.
- Saw cutting unit, speedy and stable cutting, with the smooth incision.
- Liansu also offers the hauling and cutting combined unit, and it is a more compact and economical design.
- Different modification of the calibrating unit: length/width/quantity of pumps (for pannel, window profile, small molded profiles)
- Total computer control - SIEMENS Simatic S7-300 (Germany) with a multilingual interface and color touchscreen.
- Motor and feeder speed control - converter ABB.
- Solid state relay - CELDUC, France.

- WPC is new kind of environmental protection material, which is combined by utilizing wood fiber (including saw dust, straw, rice shells etc) and thermoplastic.
- The advantages of it are following: vermin proof and anticorrosion; good processing, stretch and impact property as plastic; good cutting and nail property with the woody appearance. It is a good substitute for the wood in the field of furniture, packing and construction.
- Wood-plastic profile and panel production line is mainly divided into two categories: PVC foam production line and PE/PP plastic production line.
- The extruder of it has the following advantages: low temperature plasticization, low shear rate, high torque, and sufficient air exhaustion.
