This line is intended for production of Window Sill and Door Profile from PVC.

Main Technical Parameters:

• Specified screw ensures the stable plasticization and extrusion that application of the high filling formula.
• Speedy cooling forming die supports the production line with faster linear speed and higher efficiency.
• With calibration table is fore-back, left-right, up-down adjustable, simplified operation.
• Double caterpillar haul-off unit provides enough hauling force for more stable and reliable hauling.
• Lateral moving cutting unit with lifter ensures the speedy and stable cutting.
• This equipment is applied for door board, window board and partition board production.
• Total computer control - SIEMENS Simatic S7-300 (Germany) with a multilingual interface and 10" color touchscreen.
• Motor and feeder speed control - converter ABB.
• Solid state relay - CELDUC, France.
• Contactor, breaker - SIEMENS, Germany.
