Scheme of the steel sheet coating extrusion line

This line is intended for production of Steel Spiral Reinforced PE Pipes.

Main Technical Parameters:

• The line is based on single screw extruders.
• Owing to the advance technology come from oversea, LIANSU developed the steel reinforce spiral corrugated pipe production line, which consist of two parts: 1) the steel coated production line and 2) spiral forming production line.
• Steel coated production line, use to coat the adhesive resin on the surface of steel, in turn to make the PE layer to be tight closely with the steel layer. Spiral forming line composed of stable unwinding unit, high quality spot-welder, reasonable steel strip forming system, spiral forming system, inner and outer layer extruder, simple cutting unit, pipe-conveying frame, etc...The produced pipe is enjoying lots of advantages, such as high in ring stiffness, strong in external pressure resistance, firm in pipe wall adhesion, convenient in construction connection, lower in construction cost, etc…
• Total computer control - SIEMENS Simatic S7-300 (Germany) with a multilingual interface and color touchscreen.
• Motor and feeder speed control - converter ABB.
• Solid state relay - CELDUC, France.
• Contactor, breaker - SIEMENS, Germany.
• Co-extruder of the internal color layer of pipe.
• For each size of a single winding unit. No need for disassembly/assembly it for rearranging rollers on another dimension.
