This line is intended for production of PE Spiral Pipe

Main Technical Parameters:

• The line is based on single screw extruders.
• Easier exchange of spiral head.
• Spiral head actuated by distribution gearbox connecting with universal joint, with more stable transmission effect.
  
• Cutting device with internal and external flight cutting, so that the production of the pipe connection is more convenient, meanwhile to enlarge the corrugator production span.
• Total computer control - SIEMENS Simatic S7-300 (Germany) with a multilingual interface and color touchscreen.
• Motor and feeder speed control - converter ABB.
• Solid state relay - CELDUC, France.
• Contactor, breaker - SIEMENS, Germany.
• We produce a full set of snap-profile for each pipe diameter.
• Separate winding device for each pipe size - reduction of time for resetting operation and durability.
• We can suggest manufacturing of the cutting device with the possibility of cutting the internal / external threads at the pipe ends.
